The IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card is an excellent credit card for anyone who is a frequent visitor to IHG® hotels or simply wants to earn valuable travel rewards with every purchase. This card comes with a huge sign up bonus allowing you to earn 140,000 bonus points after spending $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. That bonus alone could be worth a number of free nights and dozens of IHG® properties around the world!
Cardholders will also enjoy generous ongoing rewards rates with every purchase: Earn up to 26 total points per $1 spent when you stay at IHG Hotels & Resorts. Earn 5 points per $1 spent on purchases on travel, at gas stations, and restaurants. Earn 3 points per $1 spent on all other purchases. With this card you can rack up a huge sum of points if you're a regular visitor at IHG® proporties. You'll also enjoy a long list of other perks including Platinum Elite status as long as you remain a Premier card member.
There are no foreign transaction fees with this card which is a great perk for people whose travels often take them overseas. The annual fee is $99, but you can easily cover the cost of the fee with the generous rewards that you earn.

This card comes with a huge sign up bonus and a great ongoing rewards rate. For frequent IHG® customers, this card can be extremely rewarding.
The Not so Good
The annual fee isn't waived the first year. Also, if you aren't interested in earning IHG® points, this card probably isn't for you.
