The Bottom Line

This is a robust cash back rewards card with a nice intro APR and $0 annual fee. You can earn five times the cash back in popular expense categories. The bottom line is that this is a great card for earning rewards or getting low interest rates for your business.

The Good

This business credit card has it all. You get an awesome rewards program, a big sign up bonus, a lengthy intro APR, and $0 annual fee.

The Not so Good

Like most rewards cards, if you don't make a lot of purchases on the card, you won't get a lot of rewards.

My husband and I have used this card for about 5 years now and we love it. We have a small family business and especially love the 3% back on gas. I have personally never had an issue with anything about this card and they seem very vigilant about protecting us from fraud. When there was a breech at one of the stores we had shopped at they sent us a new card with no questions asked. I love their user friendly website where I can redeem my points and check on my statements. I haven't found any other card with rewards as good either!

We've had this card for more than 5 years. During that time we've seen some changes, but not the ones I'd like. Getting 3% back for several types of business purchases is very good--definite plus! That makes this card a valuable business asset. My personal drawbacks have to do with the online tracking of purchases. Specifically: when a transaction is processing, some activity is shown in the online account. However, that usually lasts only until midnight on that particular day. So, until the purchase actually posts, it is hidden from view. What that means to me is if I don't happen to go online the day of the purchase, I will not see that activity for up to 5 days after the physical purchase has been made. A lot of fraud can take place in that time frame! (Another card I have shows "pending" purchases constantly until actual posting--and I have been able to stop fraud before it affected me!) I mentioned this to a customer service rep on the phone in the past, but nothing much has changed--except that originally NO activity was shown until the transaction actually posted--so there has been SOME improvement. Another annoying, but probably good feature has to do with signing on to view my account online. If my browser is different, or my IP address has changed, I have to go through a series of verification steps that take at least 5-10 minutes of my time. This is probably a good safety feature, but I'd prefer the before-mentioned improvement.

Their fraud department called me 4 times in the last 5 years when they thought someone else was using my card. They were right each time and immediately canceled each card and had a new card in my hands the next business day. I do a lot of on-line transactions and I am as careful as possible but maybe not careful enough. Chase INK is looking out for me.
