Information That Is Automatically Collected (Cookies and Other Technologies).  When you visit our website or use our Service, we and our business partners may collect certain information about your computer or mobile device through technology such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. We strive to give you choices about how your personal information is used. These choices include the following:

  • Marketing or Newsletter Emails. We may send you marketing or newsletter emails from time to time. If you do not wish to receive them, you can opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails. We will work to honor your request within 10 business days. If you opt-out, we will still send you emails for service purposes, such as for responses to your requests or communications about your account.

Third Party Tracking and Advertising.  We may share, or we may permit third party ad networks, social media companies, and other third party services to collect, information about the browsing behavior of our users of Service through cookies, social plug-ins, or other tracking technology. We may permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our Services over time, including location information, so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our Service as well as on other websites or services, including on Facebook, or on other devices you may use. Typically, the information is collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies. We tend to keep personal information for as long as we deem necessary for our business purposes, or as otherwise required to operate the Service, comply with your requests, or comply with applicable law.

6.         Information From Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

7.         Third Party Websites
The Service may provide links to third party websites and online services. For example, when you click on a link to learn more about a particular card, you may be taken to a third party website that is not owned or controlled by us. Also, part of our Service available on our website may be supplied by a third party. For example, the Credit Concierge product available on our website is provided by TransUnion. We receive your user name and password in order to provide you access to this service, but we do not receive nor access the credit reports provided by TransUnion. This Policy does not describe the privacy practices of those third party websites or services. Please review the privacy policies of those websites or services before providing personal information to them.

8.         Updates to This Policy
CompareCards.com reserves the right to change its privacy policy and statement in the future at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Last Revision Date” at the end of the Policy. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Policy is posted constitutes your consent to the revised Policy.

By posting a message or contributing in any way to the Site, including, but not limited to, sending comments and e-mail to Comparcards.com, you expressly grant Comparecards.com the right to use in any way, copy or republish such contribution as part of its property.

We ask that users follow the below guidelines to ensure an active, on-going community of helpful and insightful tips. We have the right to delete any comments and even block those who break any of CompareCards.com guidelines.

    The following is a list of unacceptable posts/comments that may be cause for deletion:
