Barclaycard Rewards Credit Cards
The Barclaycard reward credit card product for US consumers offers an aggressive combination of reward program with low introductory apr rates on both balance transfers and intial purchases.
The Barclaycard recently ranked #3 in overall customer satisfaction according to a 2011 national credit card satisfaction survey performed by J.D. Power and Associates. The company attributes this ranking to clear and consistent communication of terms.
Below is an image of the welcome letter sent via email immediately upon approval. What is escpecially interesting about the Barclaycard program is that once a consumer is approved for a new credit card, they can almost immediately access their account online. This is described in the email overview stating to go to www.barclaycardus.com where customers can check their credit lines, view transaction summaries and check the status of balance transfers.
