The Bottom Line

This is a simple credit card with no rewards and not many benefits, but it reports to the three major credit bureaus, so it is a good tool for people with average credit to improve their credit score.

The Good

There's no foreign transaction fees with this card. That's pretty rare on credit cards for people without great credit.

The Not So Good

There is an annual fee of $35, and you won't be allowed to make any balance transfers or cash advances with this card.
