Business owners take note: Chase boosted the sign-up bonus for the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card. Earn 100,000 bonus points after you spend $15,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. That’s worth $1,250 when redeemed for travel through Chase Ultimate Rewards®.

Previously, the card offered 80,000 bonus points after spending $5,000 in the first three months.

The Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card charges a $95 annual fee; however, the value you can get from the card’s sign-up bonus and rewards rate can more than cover that amount each year.

We broke down the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card’s current offer, including how you can use the sign-up bonus, ways to earn bonus points and whether you qualify for the current credit card sign-up bonus.

  • Earn 100,000 bonus points after you spend $15,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.

  • Earn 3 points per $1 on the first $150,000 spent in combined purchases on travel, shipping purchases, Internet, cable and phone services, advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines each account anniversary year. Are you eligible for the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card sign-up bonus?

If you are a current Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card holder, or if you have received a new cardmember bonus for the card in the past 24 months, you may not eligible to receive the card’s current sign-up bonus.

Also, keep in mind that the Chase 5/24 rule could prevent you from being approved for a new Chase card, including the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card, if you have opened five personal credit cards (from any issuer) within the past 24 months. That said, Chase business credit cards do not count towards the five-card limit when applying for a new Chase credit card.
