If you are a frequent Delta flier – or want to fly Delta more often by earning some free tickets through a travel rewards program – then the Delta Reserve card from Amex may be just the plastic you’ve been waiting to get.
Earn 90,000 bonus miles after you spend $6,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 6 months. You can redeem miles for flight rewards without any blackout dates, too, and you get to take advantage of VIP treatment through Amex concierge service and other features.
Additional travel perks include, for example, being able to check your first bag for free on any Delta flight, Fee Credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck®, and complimentary access into the Delta Sky Club® for you when travelling on a Delta flight.
Now for the kicker: the annual fee for this little piece of plastic is an extraordinary $550.

The Bottom Line
This is a rather pricey Amex card for those who want to rack up Delta awards, and it is most appropriate for those whose spending will earn enough bonuses and perks to justify the annual fee which is $550.
The Good
With this card you get lots of freebies that benefit the frequent air traveler, including ones that extend to your travel companions. You can also earn lots of bonus points by being a heavy credit card spender.
The Not so Good
The annual fee is $550.
