The Bottom Line
If you are a frequent flier on American Airlines, then this could be a very beneficial card to carry. You will need to take advantage of the numerous perks like lounge access and the Elite Qualifying Miles to really justify the annual fee.

The Not so Good
This card won't be worth paying the annual fee unless you frequently fly with American Airlines. You need excellent-good credit to qualify.
