The Chase Sapphire Reserve® is a top travel rewards credit card and offers some of the best perks and rewards available. Although it comes with a $550 annual fee, there is a long list of generous benefits that can easily make up for the yearly charge – especially for frequent travelers! For starters, cardholders earn 60,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. that's $900 toward travel when you redeem through chase ultimate rewards®
You'll also earn 5x points on flights and 10x points on hotels and car rentals through Chase Ultimate Rewards®. A few of the big perks that largely offsets the hefty annual fee is a $300 Annual Travel Credit as reimbursement for travel purchases charged to your card each account anniversary year.
The points you earn with the Chase Sapphire Reserve® are among the most valuable credit card points available. You get 50% more value when you redeem your points for travel through Chase Ultimate Rewards. For example, 80,000 points are worth $1,200 toward travel. Plus, you have the option of 1:1 point transfers to a number of leading airline and hotel loyalty programs. If you have the Chase Freedom® or Chase Freedom Unlimited® credit card, you can even combine points between your accounts to maximize your earnings.
Whether you're a serious traveler or just looking to save on your annual vacation, the Chase Sapphire Reserve® has a lot to offer. Don't be fooled by the steep annual fee – this credit card can save you tons of money with its valuable points and long list of generous perks.
This card is jam-packed with helpful rewards and benefits. Between airport lounge access, annual travel credits, and flexible redemption options, there are plenty of ways to save money on travel. Plus, the rewards rate is extra high, and there's no cap on the amount of points you can earn.
