I have two credit cards that total $12,000. One has a 10,500 limit with a balance of $5,500. The other has a $15,000.00 limit with a balance of $6,500. My credit score is excellent. What is my BEST option for 0% and no balance transfer fees for the longest period of time.

The Chase Slate card would be a great option for you as it offers 0% intro APR for 15 months and no fee for balance transfers made within the first 60 days. If you're looking for a longer intro APR, check out the Citi Simplicity or Citi Diamond Preferred. Both these cards comes with 0% intro APR for 21 months, but they do also have a balance transfer fee.

My husband and I have a credit score around the low to mid 700's. We would like to do a balance transfer of about $8,500 with a 0% APR interest rate. We would also like after the promotional period to keep the interest rate low and to have rewards such as, earning miles, cash back, gift cards..... What would be best for us?

With a score in the 700s, your credit is considered good and getting close to the "excellent" range. Two cards that offer great intro APRs for balance transfers as well as generous ongoing rewards are the Citi Double Cash and the Discover It Card .

I currently have a Wells Fargo platinum card. I am thinking of switching to a chase card. I am looking for a similar rewards system where I can earn gift cards with my rewards points. Is there cash back reward system comparable and if I transfer $13,000 of debt from my platinum card to a chase card will I then get the cash rewards for that amount? My credit is in the 800s and I plan to pay the debt off quickly.

The cash back credit cards from Chase like the Chase Freedom and the Chase Freedom Unlimited do allow you to redeem your rewards by shopping for gift cards. These cards also come with 0% intro APR for 15 months! However, you won't be able to earn rewards on your balance transfer. Cash back credit cards generally only earn rewards on "net purchases" and exclude transactions like balance transfers and cash advances.

With a score in the mid to upper 600s, your credit is considered on the border of fair/good. An excellent option for a balance transfer credit card is the Chase Slate card which comes with 0% intro APR for 15 months and no intro balance transfer fee. However, most balance transfer credit cards require good credit to get approved, so it is not guaranteed that you'll get approved for the full line of credit you are looking for.

Two cards that would both be great options for you are the Chase Slate card and the Barclaycard Ring Mastercard. Each of these cards offer 0% intro APR for 15 months, no annual fee, and no intro balance transfer fee.

My wife and I would like to transfer our credit cards to 1 card. no transfer fee, 0 % apr for atleast 18 months. Our debit is less than $5000 and I'm not overly concerned with cash back rewards, but would like monthly credit reports included. We've agreed to cancel ALL (about6) other credit cards upon transferring to the new card.

There is no one credit card that has both 0% intro APR for 18 months and no balance transfer fee, but there are two cards that come very close. The Chase Slate card and the Barclaycard Ring Mastercard both offer no intro balance transfer fee and 0% intro APR for 15 months. They both also come with a free monthly credit score!
