The Bottom Line

The APR on this card is moderate and could be a worthy way to repair your credit. You have the ability to carry a balance and will enjoy benefits such as a sign up bonus, rewards rate and bonus miles with card renewal.

The Good

Your credit limit may be up to $5,000 and there's no penalty APR. For those with a limited financial history, poor credit, or no credit this may be a great way to re-establish good credit. You'll also enjoy the benefit of this card being a Visa and is thus accepted nearly everywhere.

The Not So Good

There's a $50 annual fee, surcharge of 3% or $5 minimum on balance transfers, and a foreign transaction fee of 3%.
