The Bottom Line

Similar to the other credit cards offered in Korean Air's lineup, the SKYPASS Visa Classic Card is all about the benefits. You'll enjoy a 5,000 mile sign up bonus and the ability to earn miles for purchases. This card earns 1 mile for every $1 spent in purchases versus the SkyBlue earns 1 mile for every $2 spent in purchases, plus it has a leg up with a bonus 1,000 miles at card renewal. It's important to note that you're not limited to the number of miles you can earn.

The Good

If you carry a balance on your card you'll enjoy a low APR based on your creditworthiness and there's no limit to the miles you can earn.

The Not So Good

This card has a foreign transaction fee so even though it's an EMV chip card, the fees will really add up with international travel. In addition, this card has an annual fee of $50.
