The Bottom Line

What's even slightly appealing about this card is the sign up bonus, which allows you to save for the first 60 days. Yet, after that 60 day period there is no regular rewards period. On top of that, if you're carrying a balance you'll incur high interest fees. So unless you're very loyal to Phillips 66 and want that 60 days of savings, the Phillips 66 Personal Credit Card will be of very little value.

The Good

This card comes with a sign up bonus that'll offer cardmember an opportunity to save at the pump.

The Not So Good

For those who carry a balance beware of substantial interest fees due to the high APR. In addition, any cash advance will come with high fees due to the APR and fee for the cash advance.
