The Bottom Line

Farm Bureau customers who want a rewards card or an inexpensive balance transfer card may want to check this one out because it offers some unique perks and no annual fee. 

The Good

There is no annual fee and you can enjoy a low 2.99% intro balance transfer APR for the first 18 billing cycles 
Earn 2,500 points just for using the card, plus 1 point for each dollar spent with your card. Earn 1 point for every $1 in balance transfers, up to 2,500 points, during the first 60 days. The balance transfer fee is also waived for the first 60 days. Receive a $25 statement credit after $100 is spent on purchases in the first 120 days from account open date. Farm Bureau members from some geographic locations also earn double points Farm Bureau insurance premiums and/or member dues.
Special VIP benefits with this card include 24/7 concierge services, extended warranty and price protection coverage.

The Not So Good

The APR for purchases and balance transfers ranges from 13.25 to 25.49%, based on your credit worthiness. The APR for cash advances is 25.49%, and there is a surcharge on balance transfer of $10 or 4%, whichever is greater as well as a cash advance surcharge of $10 or 5%, whichever is greater. There is also a 3% foreign transaction fee.
