The Bottom Line

Secured credit cards are a great tool for those trying to build or rebuild a positive credit history. You'll be able to build a positive credit history with the Ducks Unlimited Secured Visa. This secured card offers a little more with the chance to earn rewards on every purchase and these rewards do not expire for 5 years. In order to request the credit limit, you'll have to provide a security deposit between $300 and $5,000 in $50 increments.

The Good

While there is an annual fee, after as little as 11 months of mainting a positive payment history you can gain a deposit-free card. As a cardmember you'll also earn rewards of 1% back on all purchases that can be redeemed via travel, gift card, cash back and more.

The Not So Good

This card has $29 annual fee, a foreign transaction fee and will rack up the interest fees due to the high regular APR for those who carry a balance.
