The Bottom Line

The highlight of the Clean Water Card is the introductory balance transfer period that is free of transfer fees at account opening. Cardmembers will also enjoy a rewards points program, earning points on both travel and merchandise purchases.

The Good

You'll enjoy no annual fee with this card and, especially, the 0% introductory balance transfer for the first six billing cycles. Plus you won't incur a transfer fee at account opening - but after that the transfer fee is 3%.

The Not So Good

This card has a foreign transaction fee so it won't be best for international travel and overall the card lacks a lucrative rewards program and there's no sign up bonus.
