The Bottom Line

The MasterCard Classic card has a minimum deposit of  $500.

The Good

The no annual fee and $0 transaction fee on a balance transfer is a huge plus. Along with relatively low penalty fees and an intro APR of 4.9%, potential fees from this card could be kept at a minimum.

The Not So Good

While the intro APR period is a big plus along with the minimal fees, the card lacks other benefits. So if you're looking for rewards benefits, the MasterCard Classic will not work for you.
