The Bottom Line

The highlight of the Armed Forces Visa is the low APR, outside of that the card offers it members no rewards program or other benefits. 

The Good

This card has an APR as low at 9.99%, plus there's no annual fee and no penalty APR.

The Not So Good

There's a foreign transaction fee and other fees on card replacement, copying fee, pin replacement and special processing.
