Expert Reviews

From the CompareCards.com Editorial Team

The Apple Bank for Savings Platinum Edition Visa Card is fitting for those Apple Bank customers seeking a credit card with an introductory APR period and a relatively low APR. Additional benefits outside the intro APR are travel assistance services and protection from fraud and identity theft. While this card lacks the added rewards benefits the Apple Bank for Savings Maximum Rewards Visa Credit Card has, the Platinum Edition offers a better variable APR.

The Bottom Line

With this card being a Visa you can bet on the card being accepted nearly everywhere. But bottom line, if you're not looking for simply a low interest credit card this card will not be for you.

The Good

While this card has no annual fee, the real benefit to this card is the 12 billing cycles of 0% intro APR and a lower annual APR compared to the Apple Bank for Savings Maximum Rewards Visa Credit Card.

The Not So Good

There are quite a few fees that come with this card, thus failure to pay the bill in full for each cycle could result in extensive fees that will really add up.
