The Bottom Line

While this cards main feature is its introductory APR on balance transfer, this card lacks a rewards program.

The Good

This card has an introductory APR for the first 12 billing cycles for balance transfer. Also this card carries no annual fee and a relatively low variable APR.

The Not So Good

Balance transfers have a 3% fee for each transfer and the foreign transaction fee of 2% makes this card unfit for travel.
