REVIEW:

This card is great for balance transfers and purchases with a long intro period. But, I am really thinking twice about the 13.99% standard APR. There are other cards that are available offering the same rates and intro periods, but with a lower, much lower APR. Should I apply?

I definitely would recommend this card to a friend.
