The max cash reward is $300 annually, I have had the best customer service you could ask for. Things like flexible billing dates and courteous service won me over.

This card offers the best introductory rate for longer than comparable cards. Some of the highlights so far are a large credit line for good credit history, great security protection and top customer service. Excellent card.

They have a great deal with no Annual Fee, 0% for 12 months. You get free account management online, travel insurance ($1 million!) Great customer service and lots of security, no liabilities on fraudulent purchases. I got my APR at 9.85%

Due to some billing glitch, I was late with my paying for an amex card. The result was they raised my aPR to a little more than 20%. I applied for this one and got approved and transferred all my balance. Saved me tons of money.

I also had transferred from MBNA aka Bank of America, I had missed a payment and like others, my rate went up. I transferred to Citi, and with 0% have been able to get paid off without the huge interest

My Bank of America credit card interest increased by 27% after I missed my bill payment. With $10 000 balance I was suppose to pay hundreds of dollars every month (interest only). With 740 credit score it was terrible to pay interest like that. I transfered my balance and it saved me a lot of money.

For those who stuck with high interest payments I would suggest to apply for this card. The best thing is to visit branch and ask teller about transfer opportunities. In less than 5 minutes they can give you the lowest interest rate you can qualify. With perfect credit score you can receive as low as 8% APR.

Had a credit score of 660 and got approved for 6 months on purchases and transfers. Glad to start paying down some debt at a 0% rate - nice relief.

I have decent credit of around 650 and was concerned that I would be turned down for this card AND a lower rate. Citi came through with one of the lowest regular APRs available in addition to 0% on transfers. I've called them a few times to make transfers and they've been really great to deal with. When other banks aren't helping the consumer, Citi seems to have their stuff together.

Great card to have. They have their game together and I love the low interest rates on standard purchases. Stay away from withdrawing cash. You should do that with any card to begin with! I don't mnd the fee. I currently have a 12.99% interest rate and my credit rating is around 620.

This card is great for it's introductory offer. When I got the card a few years ago, I thought it was great. After living through the struggles of college, I found myself a few payments behind. It was difficult to negotiate improvements. I still have my card and I learned a valuable lesson.

I transfered my other credit card balances to this card and it was quick and easy. CitiBank just sent me a check under my name so I could pay my balances myself. This made thigs very simple.

Don't be fooled by Citibank offer.... this bait-n-switch method could result in your interest rate ballooned up to 26%. That means you pay over $1 for every $4 you owed. How could this be allowed in the US? Where is the goverment when we needed them.

Don't fall for Citi's supposed 0% APR on balance transfers. I've beena loyal Citi customer for nearly 10 years and they totally ripped me off when I did a balance transfer with them recently. It is a balance transfer of APR of 0% until March 2011. What they don't tell you is any normal monthly charges on the card will get interest charged on them at the full APR immediately. You can imagine my surprise when I paid off my monthly charges for the month in full, did not pay off my balance transfer and still got hit with an interest charge. Citi used to be good but now they're nickeling and diming customers to death. They're cutting back on rebates and their customer service is purposfully circuitous when speaking with a rep. They've also reduced their cashback rebates. Go somewhere else because Citi's going to rip you off.

From their fine print here are the two most important pieces of information you need. This is where they make their money on this "great card" The variable Penalty APR is up to 29.99% and may be applied if you make a late payment or make a payment that is returned. Balance transfer fee -- 5.0% of balance transfer amount, $10 minimum
