REVIEW:

This is my card of choice, low interest on both BT and purchases, plus Capital One has the best customer service for me. Cap One is also very considerate.

REVIEW:

I applied for balance transfer in Federal People Saving Bank, Watertown Saving Bank, and Citizens Bank. They rejected, I think it is hard to get approved because of economy crisis. Capital One was the only place which gave me low interest. I recommend Capital One because they never give people hard time when it comes to approval.

I definitely would recommend this card to a friend.

The only thing I don't like about capital one is unlimited calls and letters from the company and affiliate partners.
