REVIEW:
I never applied for Capital One cards before because they send me promotional letters over and over again. On this website I found that it is the lowest interest rate Capital One offer. I applied because it is hard to find something better. For right now I am satisfied with rate, fees, and customer service.
I definitely would recommend this card to a friend.

I keep this credit card but I don't feel anything special about Capital One. No benefits, no cash rewards, no extra miles... I hope they will improve.
