REVIEW:

I was told that this credit card for people with perfect credit history. I don't know why... It is just another card which is good for small spendings. Capitol One provide general benefits like any other financial institution.

I definitely would not recommend this card to a friend.

REVIEW:

Too bad I can't use this card to transfer my balance from some cards I don't wanna use anymore. Capital One gives some great benefits and possibility to improve credit score. Careful usage could increase score as high as 700+

I definitely would recommend this card to a friend.
