Listen, better your credit history - lower your interest. Capital One has different No Hassle Miles cards with different interest for people with different credit score. I recommend to improve your score before you apply.

I am the one who need one. It sound promicing, they give 1.25 miles for each dollar comparing with Discover which gives only 1 mile or Chase who just rip you off every time you deal with them.
I definitely would recommend this card to a friend.
