The Capital One® Platinum card is a wonderful card option for people with good credit who want to receive excellent platinum benefits that only come with a platinum card. With this card you can enjoy reasonably low interest rates, 24-hour roadside assistance, complete fraud protection both on and offline, 40% off savings on special purchases and 10% savings on purchases of merchandise from the Capital One® Saving Zone(SM) on Yahoo! Shopping.

There is no annual fee and no balance transfer fees, however this card doesn’t offer any rewards points or cash back. Given the low regular apr on purchases and balance transfers this makes a nice basic platinum card.
There are no special rewards or cash back options on this card but it is a great regular card for people with good credit. In addition to the great rates, this card has the Platinum benefits that you can love and expect from any platinum card for people with good credit.

The Capital One Platinum card is a very good card option for anyone with good credit who wants the purchasing power of a credit card and the ability to carry over a balance from time to time without being pinched by excessively high rates. Platinum membership, which is included with the card, provides extras which make it a solid choice.
