A terrific card for anyone with good to excellent credit who would like to benefit from the longer 0% APR term on purchases and low fixed interest rate on balance transfers while earning rewards at the same time.

The Good

The rewards are offered through the Membership Rewards Express(SM) program and include a large variety of products and services with no earning caps and no expiration dates. The low fixed interest rate on balance transfers (good for the life of the loan)

The Not So Good

Not much negative. The 0% APR for 15 months is only available to those with excellent credit history.

The Blue from American Express® credit card offers one of the best rewards and interest rate programs available. With a longer than usual 0% APR introductory period of up to 15 months and a low fixed transfer interest rate of 4.99% for the life of the loan, this card has earned its place on top. Value-added extras such as a flexible rewards program and standard AMEX extras like purchase protection, auto rental insurance and various other services make this card even more attractive.

Blue from American Express is a great card for someone with excellent credit who wants to take advantage of the longer 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers. In addition to a low introductory interest rate, you can also earn extra points on everyday items.

All rewards and points redemption are offered through the Membership Rewards Express program. There is no annual fee and this is a credit card that really rewards you for having good credit. Cardholders can also enjoy platinum level shopping and entertainment benefits.
